ZeroPoint is Kaufman & Company's institutional platform for AI and compute infrastructure: the physical buildings, power systems and networks required to run the next generation of artificial intelligence. Where the company's other platforms build places for people to live, ZeroPoint builds the infrastructure that increasingly underpins everything else, from hyperscale data campuses to distributed, site-level deployments.
Project Zero, the platform's first deployment, is a working prototype installed on-site in Detroit, Michigan, built to prove out a distributed micro-data-center model that can be replicated as demand grows. As ZeroPoint scales, Project Zero remains the platform's product line for distributed and micro-data-center deployments, sitting beneath ZeroPoint's broader institutional infrastructure work.
