Trellis is Kaufman & Company's scalable middle-market platform — the connected neighborhoods of townhomes, cottages and small multifamily buildings that sit between a single-family subdivision and a high-rise tower. It's the housing type that's grown hardest to find in most American cities, even though it's what a huge share of households are actually looking for.
