DanReDev LLC is a Texas-based investment and development platform founded in 2020, operating at the intersection of opportunistic real estate, disciplined capital, and community-driven design. Headquartered in Dallas, the firm concentrates on build-to-rent, workforce housing, mixed-use development, and luxury residential product.
DanReDev’s 2026 slate includes a build-to-rent community underway in Jacksonville, a mixed-use urban infill project underway in Kansas City, and a multifamily-plus-retail development planned for Chicago, part of what founder Daniel Kaufman called “the full convergence of real estate and technology” in the platform’s 2026 launch slate.

WHY BUILD-TO-RENT
DanReDev builds build-to-rent communities at a point where BTR construction still runs well above its historical pace, and resident demand for finished BTR homes has stayed resilient even as new starts normalize off a 2024 peak.

Daniel Kaufman serves as President and a partner of Oldivai Capital. DanReDev and fellow platform company Design Build Affordable support Oldivai’s modular workforce-housing pilots, including Oldivai Project Zero in Spokane, WA, with site selection, design, construction services, technology and advisory.
