An early-stage masterplanned community concept for a large, contiguous land position in Sarasota County, one of the fastest-growing submarkets in Southwest Florida. The corridor is already home to several of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, with tens of thousands of homes entitled or under construction nearby. On completion, this is projected to become the second-largest project in company history. Specific site and ownership details remain confidential while the concept is under evaluation.
Introduced in partnership with Oldivai, Scout Farm is a master-planned community concept for Shelburne, Vermont, organized around a walkable village center and a mix of housing types built to serve residents at every stage of life.
