At DanReDev LLC, we are excited to announce our next venture, Project One. Building on the success of our pilot project, Project Zero, we continue our mission to develop affordable, well-located workforce housing that meets the needs of working families.
Project One will leverage the same innovative modular construction techniques and highly efficient templated designs that have proven successful in our previous projects. By partnering with cities, community stakeholders, and local employers, we aim to accelerate the redevelopment of workforce housing for the "missing middle."
