Who We Are

Oldivai is a mission-driven housing platform focused on delivering attainable, well-located workforce housing for the “missing middle.” We believe strong communities begin with access—ensuring that essential workers can live where they serve, contribute, and grow.

By aligning development with community needs, Oldivai creates housing solutions that support local economies, strengthen neighborhoods, and improve quality of life.
