As the founder of LoneStar Kaufman Development Partners and a principal at Kaufman & Company, Daniel has been responsible for leading pivotal commercial, hospitality, and residential development projects across the country — overseeing more than $2 billion in real estate throughout his career.
A graduate of Northern Vermont University (Construction Management & Hospitality Management) and Boston Architectural College (Master of Architecture), Daniel instills a collaborative team approach in every project to ensure risks are identified, milestones are met, and the highest standard of quality is delivered.
