We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the dispute in accordance with Section 13.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
