As the former Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Providence St. Joseph Health, John led strategy and operations for the system’s $16 billion real estate portfolio. Bringing that depth of experience to the formation of Oldivai Capital, he ardently believes that safe, secure, affordable housing catalyzes a thriving local economy. A practicing emergency physician, serial entrepreneur, and seasoned executive, John leads Oldivai’s strategic development and capital initiatives to provide housing that is affordable within our target communities.
